At Life is Good, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure box, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Leave your package at any official USPS drop-off location or schedule a pickup with your mail carrier.
